training on a recurring basis. Additionally, we are one of the few companies that require all valet
drivers to have at least five years of clean driving history before joining our team. These are not

Our Concierge Service

At Valet Guru, our concierge service is all about providing real support, comfort, and a touch of luxury to the residents, guests, and visitors at your community or hotel. Our concierges are trained to be proactive, reliable, and attentive. They greet everyone with professionalism, manage lobby activity smoothly, and  monitor guest access to maintain a safe, and well-organized environment.

On a day-to-day basis, our concierge team handles mail and package deliveries. They also take care of key management for residents, vendors, housekeepers, and maintenance staff, making sure everything is documented and handled responsibly.

We also offer practical, personal help, like delivering groceries, dry cleaning, and packages directly to residents when needed. And to keep communication clear and open, we send daily reports to your management team with updates on the day’s activities in your community.
